I'd like to present a new beos-related forum,
http://www.becommunities.tk

This forum aims to be an unique information center for beos developers and users. You can find topics like open source derviates, applications, drivers or marketing issues.
becommunities.tk could become a place where _all_ beos developers/users are registered and active. This forum, if accepted by the community, will reflect beos activites to other people and will help to make the BeOS unforgetable...

If this forum is successful, developers don't need to worry about forum/website creation, how to contact other developers or if their projects are already started by another developer. They just can open a forum at becommunities.tk and see what people say !

to other forums (at begroovy, lebuzz, beosjournal):
I invite you to join becommunities and move your forum into that one. I can offer admin access for you that you can create own forum on becommunities.tk.

Have a look and feel free to join...

I don't think that anyone should move existing forums unless the server that hosts the forums is going down for some reason.

As for new forums, it's up to the moderators if they want to use your or others forums.

It's good thing that we would have a place that developers could exchanges ideas and thoughts, but we have to admit that not everyone wants to remember several forum addresses just because one new wants to change all that we already have established.

I think all BeOS forums that already exists should live happily together and not compete. Let each forum have it's own area of expertise and be good at just that and not steal visitors from other forums.
