The team webpage(s) are now online at the new homesite ----> http://beyond.beosjournal.org/

There is still plenty of work to be done (the client install guides, Links page and the BeOS page, automating the statistic) but it is the best I could do with all the things going on at this time of year.
We are still looking for comments and suggestions (not that we have time to work on them right now icon_smile.gif but all will be considered and added to the TO DO List).

At this time Scottmc and myself have the "keys" to the site, but we are considering asking other people to help keep the various pages updated, with so many projects going on it could turn out to be a fulltime job.

teambeos.com is the defacto "home" of Team BeOS, we do not want to change that, so it is going to stay as a brief discription of the projects we are involved in, with links to the pages here for more in-depth look at the team and the projects. We are explorering updating the look and feel of teambeos.com as well. We want it to reflect the changing, active nature of the team.

At this point I want to say thanks to all those that have expressed thier ideas and commented on the site during construction, a lot of good suggestios were put forth. It is with these type of input that we can continue to better serve the teams needs. Thanks

One note, we missed the Dnet statisics last week because thier server was down, now they have changed the format of thier statistics therefore breaking my spider. I have it on good authority that they are not through messing with the statistics so may be sometime before we can get stable statisticical system for Dnet established. But I am grabbing a weekly snapshot of thier statitics for the team when available, so should have some historical data when they have finished.

Yippee! The site loads much quicker at its new home icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks for all your work Beyond and Scottmc!

Question: How do you calculate the "movement" column on the home page? Is it daily change? weekly change?

It is calculated on a weekly basis.
