Hi,

If you don't have a BeOS supported Matrox card on the side, forget about Kevin's node.

If you only want your Desktop to be displayed on TV, forget the node also.

(Assuming this is you.. icon_wink.gif

You only need BeTVOut V0.120.
Install the driver riva_iic on your system.
Now start a terminal session and go to the folder in which BeTVOut resides.

Simply type in:
BeTVOut (followed by )
If the driver is installed correctly you will see BeTVOut detecting your TVout chip.
If it finds one, you'll be given some choices for TVout setup, followed by a menu.
Choose a mode from the menu, and leave BeTVOut alone.

You have your Desktop on TV icon_wink.gif

Now start any program you like...

If you try this and have trouble, just mail me with the output from BeTVOut (copy and paste into textfile).

I'll be able to tell you what went wrong then...
