Yes, another BeOS shop closes. With the state of things, not that surprising. But not all things are black, here are a couple of quotes from the site:

So this one means, if you see something you want to grab, go for it, you'll not only be getting you want but also helping Scott.
Scott also mentions that this will not affect the Hardware Matrix, quite possibly just the opposite.
We here at TBJ thank Scott for the all the great work he's been doing for BeOS and it's users. Here's to better days.

Dang! Not a big surprise, I guess, but this sux just the same. Hope he can justify getting back into it en the near future.
